We take a break from wine tasting to tasting a new Gin about to hit the market.
We have the privilege of trying the very first batches of Gin being produced by a new craft distiller in a secret location in the green hills of West Yorkshire.
In the first part of the Episode, we taste the 1st batch of gin produced, neat and with Tonics and then we taste the 2nd batch to be produced where the distiller has tweaked his secret ingredient’s combination.
We then demonstrate how Tonics are so important to that perfect G&T!
