In the second part of this episode, we interview Mariasum Saenz de Samaniego Berganzo, one of the family owners of the Ostatu winery.
This winery is located in the Rioja wine region of Spain and was established, in its current format in 1972, although Mariasum’s family have been involved with wine since the 16th century!
The Rioja region spans 60,000 hectares and is split into three basic areas.
The region comprises of very large wineries and very small vineyards,
