We review the butterfly effect shiraz wine, sold in the UK by Naked Wines.
Priced at £8:99 this wine is priced at the low to mid-price market.
The colour is a burgundy ruby, but it is not very bright and sparkling.
The nose is very delicate, and one really has to concentrate to get any idea of what it is going to give up.
On the palate, however, there is much more power to the flavour.
The taste is that of a typical Shiraz with lots of blackcurrants apparent and it is nice and juicy.
The one disappointment is the lack of length this wine offers. the taste is very fleeting and then is gone.
The best we could really say is it was “nice”.
