Porta 6 Lisbon Region Red Wine Review (Episode 416)

We taste and review a red wine from the Lisbon area of Portugal called Porta 6.

The colour is purple and looks very inviting.

The nose is very delicate and does not give up much.

The taste of this wine is very light and not powerful at all.

One might enjoy this if you were in a “quaffing” mode and it might even take a slight chill.

We have reviewed wines at half this price which we felt were better – so in all this wine was disappointing to both Johns.

We were probably also disappointed because the white Porta 6 we reviewed recently was excellent, so an even greater disappointment.
