The price at £9:00 is surprisingly low given the special status this wine purports to have.
The colour has a nice straw/lemony colour with a green hue.
On the nose, it does not have a typical Sauvignon Blanc aroma.
Chilean Sauvignons are often softer than their counterparts from New Zealand.
The taste is also much softer than you would expect from a Marlborough New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc but is certainly more likely from Chile.
The acidity is not immediately apparent but there is an aftertaste once the wine had been swallowed.
The more we drank the wine the more we began to enjoy the wine.
